Kevin Woo oversees the company's investments across public equities, private equity, venture capital, and real estate. Kevin holds a B.A. in Economics from UCSD, an EMBA in Entrepreneurship from UCLA and an MPS in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in California.

With a diverse background in finance, consumer products, real estate, and technology, Kevin brings extensive experience in investment management and venture incubation. He manages a dynamic portfolio of companies, evaluates investment opportunities across asset classes, and leverages strategic networks to drive growth and innovation. He is committed to fostering ventures that drive both financial and social returns.

Kevin is also the co-founder of a real estate development company focused on addressing market gaps in middle-income multi-family housing in the San Diego area. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of Engagement Architects Inc., a real estate investment company and brokerage firm specializing in acquiring, renovating, developing, and selling residential properties across California. 

Dr. Jenny Woo oversees the investment of people, processes, and products. A serial entrepreneur and expert in human development, she specializes in  translating science and ideas into practical, real-world applications. Her career spans roles as a management consultant at Deloitte, an executive coach in Silicon Valley, a school director, and a cognitive science researcher.

Dr. Woo is also the founder/CEO of Mind Brain Emotion—incubated at Harvard Innovation Labs. She is the creator of award-winning card games and mental health tools that equip children and adults with human skills in the age of AI, such as critical thinking and adaptive skills, used in 50+ countries. She has been featured in CNBC, Fortune, Forbes, Parents, TIME, Fast Company, Business Insider, National Geographic, and Entrepreneur.

A keynote speaker, Dr. Woo has spoken at companies such as Google, Accenture, Edwards Lifesciences, and Kia. She also teaches Emotional Intelligence and Management Fundamentals. She holds a B.S. from USC, master’s degrees from UC Berkeley and Harvard University, and a doctorate from the UC Irvine. She is a contributing writer for CNBC Make It and a guest expert on CBS 8, FOX 5, and NBC Bay Area.
